1. About these terms

2. Merchant accounts

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the fulfilment of their orders, and their compliance with the laws that apply to the goods they sell.

3. Payments collected by the platform

Where a customer pays using the platform's own UPI QR facility, funds are received by the platform and settled to the merchant under a separate settlement schedule. A payment is treated as received only once it has been verified against the platform's bank records. Submitting a transaction reference or a screenshot does not by itself constitute payment.

4. Subscriptions

Plan fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Limits that apply to each plan are shown on the pricing page.

5. Suspension

The platform may suspend a store that breaches these terms, that is used for prohibited goods, or that is the subject of unresolved payment disputes.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
