For merchants: name, email address, phone number, business details and billing records. For shoppers: the information needed to fulfil an order, including name, contact details and delivery address.

3. Payment information

Card and bank credentials are handled by the relevant payment gateway and are not stored by the platform. Where a shopper submits a UPI transaction reference or a payment screenshot, those are stored as proof of payment, kept on private storage, and made visible only to staff authorised to verify payments.

4. Data separation between stores

Each store's customers, orders and catalogue are separated from every other store's. A merchant can access only the data belonging to their own store.

5. Retention

Order and payment records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting obligations. Payment screenshots are retained only as long as needed to resolve payment verification and disputes.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the platform's support address.
